Task:
- Provide Pilates instruction to include 1:1 session or 2:1 session mainly.
- Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Exo- Chair, Reformer, Cadillac, Magic Circle and other equipment as needed to ensure a safe.
- Visually inspect the equipment prior to the beginning of class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
- Responsible for studio tidiness and returning equipment to standards set by studio management
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for managing their condition and preventing further injury
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Experiences:
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in Pilates or related field is required
- Previous Education and Certification in exercise-instructing field is Recommended
- Personal Training Certification is an asset
- CPR training is an asset
- Relevant training and certification in Pilates is required
