Our hygiene program emphasizes prevention, patient education, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to deliver the highest standard of care.
We're looking for a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about preventive care, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate eager to grow, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills, work with modern technology, and make a meaningful impact every day.
What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments, periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive services.
- Educate and motivate patients with personalized oral health and home-care recommendations.
- Review medical histories and provide safe, evidence-based treatment.
- Identify and communicate oral health findings and treatment recommendations with the dentist and patients.
- Maintain accurate clinical records using digital practice management software.
- Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
- Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment.
What We're Looking For
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta (CRDHA).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Available to work Wednesdays through Saturdays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using digital dental technology and practice management software.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, patient-first approach.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).
- Digital dentistry workflows.
- Intraoral scanning.
- Digital radiography.
- Periodontal therapy.
- Invisalign maintenance and patient education.
