About Us
BWell Lounge is a modern wellness clinic opened October 2025 in Newmarket. We’re building a warm, client-centred environment that integrates psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and allied health services. We are seeking a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, client-focused massage therapy treatments.
- Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes.
- Educate clients on posture, wellness strategies, and home care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychotherapists).
- Uphold CMTO standards of practice and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Professional liability insurance.
- Prior clinical or wellness practice experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to client care.
- New graduates are welcome to apply if motivated to build their practice with support.
Compensation
- Competitive fee-split model.
- Full administrative, billing, and scheduling support provided.
- Access to established client base through clinic referrals and direct billing.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $59.50-$122.50 per hour
