Key Responsibilities
Sr. Pen Test/Red Teaming Developer
- Tool Development: Design and develop custom security tools and automation scripts for penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
- Complex Engineering: Handle complex engineering challenges requiring both development expertise and security knowledge.
- Integration Development: Build integrations between security tools and enterprise systems.
Penetration Testing & Red Teaming
- Penetration Testing: Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
- Red Team Operations: Participate in red team exercises to simulate real-world attack scenarios.
- Vulnerability Discovery: Identify and document security weaknesses with clear remediation guidance.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in Security Engineering or Software Development with security focus.
- Development Skills: Complex engineering skills with proficiency in multiple programming languages.
- Penetration Testing: Hands-on experience with penetration testing methodologies and tools.
- Red Teaming: Experience participating in red team engagements.
- Security Tools: Familiarity with Burp Suite, Metasploit, and other offensive security tools.
Soft Skills & Team Alignment
- Offensive Security Mindset: Ability to think like an attacker while building secure solutions.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Work effectively with development and security teams.
- Strong Communicator: Document and communicate findings clearly to technical teams.
