Hair Salon Manager / Hairstylist
Great Clips is looking for a GREAT Salon Manager for our very busy hair salon, in Oshawa.
This is a behind the chair job. If you love hair but want to be in charge, this job's for you! 85% cutting hair, 15% admin. Valid OCOT License required. You will lead a busy, fast-paced, fun atmosphere, family-oriented business that's passionate about quality & excellent customer service. You will continue to follow your passion by leading from behind the chair, as you provide excellent quality haircuts to customers every day.
Expectations:
- Role model/coach for consistent quality & excellent customer service.
- Run an efficient & profitable salon.
- Recruit & train new Stylists.
- Create a weekly schedule, based on Customer flow.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends.
- Deal with customer and stylist issues
- Provide quality haircuts & excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Five years of hair salon management experience.
- Current Ontario College of Trades license.
- Skill to use a computer to track customer information.
- Dedication to great customer service.
