We're working with ADAM Integrated Industries to help them find a General Labourer.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Production Department as a General Labourer.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and genuinely value contributing to a team effort that supports our company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
What you do:
- Accurately read, interpret, and complete job instructions
- Accurately complete and submit all required documentation
- Actively support the production line by using hand and small power tools, and operating basic machinery and job-related equipment
- Sand and/or debur parts after primary processing
- Accurately assemble components into assemblies
- Assist with simple general shop and yard maintenance as directed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Practice intentional safety – assess risk before you act
- Work systematically and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Maintain positive working relationships with other company employees
What you bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- A great attitude: you’re approachable, positive, enthusiastic, always willing to lend a hand where needed, a cooperative team player who can also work well independently
- The ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full commitment to work safety
- A good understanding of math and measurement (both metric and imperial systems)
- A strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- The ability to understand technical drawings and written or oral job instructions
- The ability to be trained and certified to operate material handling equipment safely
- The ability to meet deadlines while remaining calm and composed.
- Physical ability to stand and work on concrete floors for long periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to at least 25 kg (55 lb.)
- Physical flexibility: e.g., ability to bend, squat, work with both hands, arms extended, hands above head, etc.
- Ability and willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
- The flexibility to work overtime if required

- Hourly wage range: $23.56- $25.00, depending on experience and qualifications
