Join our dynamic team as a Farm Equipment Operator and become a vital part of our agricultural contractor operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of farm machinery to ensure smooth and efficient farm activities
- Operate heavy farm machinery such as tractors, combines, plows, and tillers with precision and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
- Use hand tools and power tools for repairs, adjustments, and installation tasks around the farm.
- Assist with crop planting, harvesting, and other horticultural activities to support healthy plant growth.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify issues early and coordinate repairs.
- Handle heavy lifting tasks safely when moving supplies or equipment around the farm premises.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating various farm machinery and equipment.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment confidently.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and routine maintenance procedures.
- Strong basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and record keeping.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Prior experience in agriculture or related fields is necessary

- Conducts self in a professional manor
- Strong organization skills and knowledge of proper paperwork management

Pay: $22.07-$40.36 per hour
