We are seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive tooling and manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role manages cross-functional automotive projects including tooling, engineering coordination, supplier management, and customer delivery.
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually.
Responsibilities:

Lead automotive program launches from PO to production.

Coordinate tooling, engineering, and manufacturing timelines.

Run program kick-off and design review meetings.

Manage project budgets, timing, and deliverables.

Oversee tooling design and supplier execution.

Support customer communication and technical updates.

Ensure programs meet quality and launch requirements.
Track progress and resolve program risks/issues.

Requirements:

5+ years program/project management in automotive manufacturing.

Experience with stamping, tooling, or fabrication environments.

Understanding of CAD (SolidWorks or NX).

GD&T knowledge required.

Strong customer and supplier communication skills.
