Food Truck Manager
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Food Truck Manager to lead our team and manage the daily operations of our busy food truck. If you enjoy working with people, love the event scene, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the food truck
- Drive the food truck to events (cube truck)
- Lead and supervise the team
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Keep the truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Monitor inventory and report items that need restocking
- Operate grills, fryers, and other commercial kitchen equipment (training provided)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and able to drive a cube truck
- Clean driving record (required for insurance purposes)
- Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Available to work long hours, including weekends
- Able to obtain a Food Handler Certificate (we cover the cost)
- Enjoy Edmonton's festivals and event atmosphere
