Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and debris removal in damaged areas using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials and prepare surfaces for restoration
- Assist with construction tasks such as drywall installation, painting, and minor repairs as needed
- Operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently to dry out affected areas and prevent mold growth
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
- Document work performed and communicate progress with team members and clients
- Support the overall restoration process by performing various tasks as assigned to ensure timely project completion
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills related to property restoration processes
