We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing warehouse team.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports the daily movement, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products within the warehouse.
The successful candidate must be dependable, safety-focused, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy and productivity are both important in this role.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Move and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Receive, count, and inspect products when required.
- Use warehouse management systems and iPads to record inventory movements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory audits.
- Keep warehouse aisles, workstations, and equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Work closely with team members to complete orders on time.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred.
- Forklift or reach truck experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is an asset.
- Comfortable using an iPad, computer, or warehouse management system.
- Strong attention to detail and basic counting skills.
- Able to lift and move heavy products throughout the shift.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Experience with NetSuite WMS, e-commerce fulfillment, inventory control, or high-volume warehouse operations is an asset.
