We are an established food processing company with a long history of serving customers with quality products and dependable service. We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety and customer service, and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a respected company. As a Delivery Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring our products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a refrigerated Sprinter van to deliver food products to customers.
- Complete scheduled delivery routes efficiently and on time.
- Load, unload, and handle products carefully while following food safety standards.
- Verify orders and ensure deliveries are accurate and complete.
- Monitor and maintain proper product temperatures during transport.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving a Sprinter van or similar commercial vehicle.
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
- Food industry or refrigerated delivery experience is an asset.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
