We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Representative to join our team, They must be available during the evening as well as weekends. At The Spa Day Retreat you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met during their visit. You will handle check-in and check-out processes, assist with inquiries, requests, and maintain a clean front desk area. You will also be responsible to answer all incoming calls and bookings with ease and proficiency. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude are required.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and book appointments accordingly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently (retaining accurate emails & telephone numbers)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to analyze guest needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Proficient in data entry to accurately input guest information into the system
