We specialize in shipping container modifications, transforming standard containers into customized workspaces, storage solutions, commercial units, and specialized structures. We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter who enjoys a variety of hands-on projects and working with different tools and trades.
Position Overview
The Carpenter will be responsible for carpentry-related tasks while also assisting with other aspects of container modification projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving practical challenges, and contributing to unique custom builds.
Responsibilities
- Perform framing, finishing, installation, and general carpentry work
- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications
- Install doors, windows, flooring, wall systems, and other components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, and modification projects
- Support other trades and production activities as required
- Maintain quality standards and ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Follow workplace safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable carpentry experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and work accurately
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, renovation, manufacturing, or fabrication environments
- Basic welding, electrical, or plumbing knowledge
- Experience working on custom projects
- Forklift or equipment experience is an asset

Our facility is located in an area with limited public transportation access. Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from work.
