General Instructors are responsible for leading fun and safe activities that help our guests learn new skills, make friends, and have an awesome time! Instructors run activities from 9am to noon and 2pm to 5pm each day, bringing high energy and quality instruction to their area. General instructors are required to rotate instructing between ball hockey, basketball, beach volleyball, flag rugby, soccer, drift trikes, fitness, outdoor adventure, and golf. Each day kicks off and wraps up with team meetings, plus setup and cleanup of their area. Heads up: all instructors also help out with our Stayover Program by leading activities, staying in guest cabins as a stayover counsellor, and pitching in with a cleaning crew. They also assist with evening programs where assigned and participate in Sunday Arrivals. Instructors will also be assigned as transportation staff on at least one Saturday or Sunday throughout the summer.
