Brant Tractor, a Division of D&W Group Inc, is seeking an Equipment Set-Up Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing new and used agricultural, construction, and turf equipment for delivery while ensuring each meets our manufacturer specifications and the customers expectations.

Position Summary
The Equipment Set-Up Technician is responsible for the assembly, inspection, preparation, and maintenance of new and used equipment prior to customer delivery. This position also assists with general shop duties, equipment maintenance, and supporting the service department as required.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare new agricultural, construction, and grounds care equipment according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality control checks
- Install accessories, attachments, and optional equipment as required
- Conduct basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical inspections
- Ensure equipment is clean, operational, and presentation-ready for customer delivery
- Assist with equipment demonstrations and customer orientations when required
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and completed inspections
- Support technicians and service personnel with general shop duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Operate equipment safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in manufacturer and company training programs
Qualifications & Skills
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of agricultural, construction, turf, or heavy equipment considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as required
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Previous dealership, equipment, automotive, or mechanical experience considered an asset
- Apprentices and entry-level candidates with strong mechanical abilities are encouraged to apply
