Job Summary
We are a growing medical aesthetics clinic seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality laser treatments to clients while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining sanitation standards. The Laser Technician will also assist in retail sales of products related to laser treatments.
Duties
- Perform a range of advanced skin and laser treatments, including:
- IPL (Lumecca or similar)
- Microneedling and RF Microneedling (Morpheus8 or similar)
- Skin booster injections using Introfill
- Pico laser treatments
- HydraFacial
- Laser hair removal
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized before and after each use.
- Provide in-depth skin consultations, assess client needs, and create personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on post-care instructions and skincare product recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs.
- Uphold the highest sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in laser treatments and skincare.
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics.
- Experience in providing consultations and guiding clients through treatment plans
- Familiarity with sanitation practices and retail sales is highly desirable.
- Certified in operating multiple medical aesthetic devices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
