The Role We’re hiring driven early-career analysts to operate at the intersection of AI, finance, and commercial real estate. This is a hands-on, client-facing role in a fast, high-accountability environment. You will work directly with institutional CRE firms, financial datasets, and our AI platform to solve real investment and operational problems.
What You’ll Do Financial & Investment Operations
- Reconcile and validate large property and financial datasets
- Analyze operating statements and investment reports to surface trends, risks, and exceptions.
- Support asset management and portfolio reporting with on-time, accurate deliverables.
AI Platform Operations
- Run AI-enabled workflows to automate financial analysis and data QA.
- Review and improve AI outputs; flag edge cases; help tune prompts and checks.
- Partner with product/engineering to raise data quality, workflow speed, and accuracy.
Client Success
- Guide institutional users through workflows, outputs, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues, drive resolution, and document fixes and learnings.
- Assist onboarding and training for new client teams.
Process Excellence
- Standardize procedures, documentation, and quality checks.
- Scale repeatable processes across multiple client portfolios.
- Operate with speed, precision, and ownership.
What You’ll Bring
- Recent graduate or 0–2 years’ experience in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfort with large, messy datasets.
- Excellent written and spoken English; crisp, structured communication.
- High ownership, bias to action, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Curiosity about AI, fintech, and commercial real estate operations.
- Bonus: Excel/Sheets power user; basic SQL; familiarity with CRE concepts
