SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring sessions are activated and ready for play, manage prize money via monitoring prize payouts and paying out prize winners. Oversee the issuance and return of playing cards. Completion of reports during and after sessions play. Assist with Lotto sales when needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to):

Work co-operatively with co-workers and charity members.

Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license and /or any other licensing deemed necessary to aid in the operation of the gaming site.

Enter prize payouts and activate POS session play.

Work cooperatively with OLG representatives providing information in a timely manner.

Count Advisor floats.
-
Issue playing cards as required during all sessions.

Return unused cards into inventory after each session is locked down for play.

Receive cash drops from floor sellers and POS sellers.
-
Complete FRO forms and send when necessary.

Enter data and make adjustments for paper sales, payouts, and progressives for each session.

Complete progressive pots sheets, link adjustments, and balance all sellers & POS sales.

Move forward counts and balance for next shift.

Assist with Lotto sales counter when needed.

Print out all paper reports due end of shift.

Cash out and give all monies to session manager.

Understand and respond to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at Gaming Centre.

Immediately address potential safety hazards and report as necessary to session manager.

Undertake other tasks and housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.

Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.

Behave in a professional manner (e.g. Refrain from the use of foul language).

Must be able to work scheduled shifts.

Demonstrate teamwork attitude through such things as willingness to cover shifts.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry preferred but not required.

Strong oral and written communications skills.
-
Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
