ABOUT EVER-COLD
Ever-Cold is a growing Canadian cold storage company with an established facility in Vancouver, BC and a new, state-of-the-art facility currently under construction in Brantford, Ontario. We provide reliable temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics solutions to frozen food producers, distributors, and brands across Canada.
As we expand our Ontario footprint, we are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to build our client base and position Evercold as the go-to cold storage partner in the frozen food market.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape Evercold’s Ontario market presence. You will be selling cold storage capacity and logistics solutions to frozen food companies across the GTA and Southern Ontario, building long-term client relationships ahead of our Brantford facility opening.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the frozen food sector across the GTA, Southern Ontario and the Greater Vancouver Area— including producers, distributors, importers, and retailers
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals
- Present and sell Evercold’s temperature-controlled storage and logistics solutions to decision-makers
- Build long-term client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure client needs and onboarding timelines align with facility readiness
- Track activity, pipeline, and client data using a CRM system
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to leadership on competitive activity and client needs
- Represent Evercold at trade shows, food industry events, and customer meetings throughout the territory
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in cold storage, logistics, warehousing, or the food industry
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Familiarity with the GTA and Southern Ontario frozen food supply chain is a significant asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across the GTA, Brantford, and surrounding Southern Ontario areas
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be willing to travel
- Food industry experience is an asset
