In this role, you will be the cornerstone of a client’s wellness journey, working in a serene, professional environment where therapeutic excellence and genuine care are our top priorities. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a warm, client-first approach, ensuring every individual leaves feeling revitalized and supported. Key Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional environment for every client.
- Stay informed about new techniques, industry standards, and best practices through ongoing professional development.
Requirements & Experience
- Valid license or certification in massage therapy.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and client care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and explain treatment procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and satisfied.
- Prior experience in a wellness or healthcare setting is preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$47.25 per hour
