- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon their arrival
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment processing
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively to ensure a pleasant stay
- Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservation management
Skills:
- Proficiency in front desk operations and using phone systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to assist multilingual guests
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
