Position Overview
Flowpoint is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex engineered equipment and infrastructure projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, subcontractors, commissioning, and customer communications to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
This role requires strong technical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Manage projects from contract award through warranty completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor scope, budget, risks, and resource requirements
- Ensure contractual obligations are met
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings
- Lead regular internal and customer progress meetings
Engineering Coordination
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, process, structural, and automation deliverables
- Review engineering progress against schedule
- Manage drawing reviews and client approvals
- Track design changes and scope modifications
Procurement & Manufacturing
- Coordinate procurement of long-lead equipment
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery commitments
- Support manufacturing scheduling and production planning
- Ensure materials and equipment are available to meet project milestones
Customer Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after project award
- Provide regular schedule and progress updates
- Manage customer expectations and issue resolution
- Support contract administration activities
Financial Management
- Monitor project budgets and forecasts
- Track earned revenue and project performance
- Review costs against estimate
- Identify opportunities and risks affecting profitability
- Support progress billing and cash flow management
Change Management
- Identify scope changes and commercial impacts
- Coordinate pricing and submission of change orders
- Ensure changes are documented and approved
Commissioning & Closeout
- Coordinate FAT activities
- Support shipping and logistics planning
- Coordinate startup and commissioning activities
- Ensure project documentation is completed
- Manage warranty support activities
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience managing engineered equipment or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and resource planning
- Experience working with contracts and change orders
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
- Water and wastewater industry experience
- Industrial process equipment experience
- SCADA, controls, or automation experience
- Modular construction experience
- Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, CET, PMP, or equivalent background

Pay: $70,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
