Inventory & Logistics Coordinator — Energy Clean Home Services

About Us
Energy Clean Home Services is a growing residential HVAC company serving homeowners across the Toronto and GTA area. We install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems. We take pride in running a tight, professional operation - and we are looking for someone who does too.
The Role
This is not a passive role. We need someone who is proactive, tech savvy, and comfortable working in software systems every day. You'll be the backbone of our parts and equipment operation - managing inventory in our CRM, coordinating orders, and making sure our Technicians have what they need to get the job done. What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain inventory records daily using our CRM and inventory management software
- Process and track orders for HVAC equipment, parts, and materials
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming shipments and stock
- Coordinate with the office and field teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Move and handle equipment as needed (physical lifting and warehouse activity is part of the job)
- Identify gaps in stock levels and place orders proactively to avoid delays
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and always safe
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience with inventory or CRM software — this is a must
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working on a computer for a significant portion of your day
- Experience ordering parts, materials, or equipment in a trades or service environment is a strong asset
- Physically capable of moving and handling HVAC equipment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision
- Experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or a related trades environment is preferred but not required
