The Financial Services Manager, under the direction of the GM and Director of Finance, will primarily be responsible and accountable for protecting the dealer, obtaining financing for the dealerships new and used vehicle customers and creating additional income for the dealership via the sale of protective options.

- Proven experience as a Financial Services Manager in the automotive industry.

Job Requirements:
Finance and Insurance Operations:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance and insurance department.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to structure deals that meet customers' needs and dealership profitability goals.
Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations governing automotive finance and insurance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and best practices to maintain a high level of compliance.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process.
- Effectively communicate financial terms, options, and warranties to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, service, and administrative teams to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales and finance staff to keep them informed about the latest finance products and processes.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze credit reports and financial information to determine customers' creditworthiness and financing options.
- Maximize profitability through effective negotiation and presentation of finance and insurance products.
