As part of Diabsolut's continued growth, we are looking for an Associate Outcomes Consultant to support the delivery of technology solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives and desired outcomes. Working under the guidance of senior consultants and project managers, this role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and configuring solutions, with a focus on developing functional expertise and understanding how technology can drive measurable value for clients.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in North America and Philippines only.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and understanding client goals.
- Support the analysis of business processes and contribute to the design of technology-enabled solutions.
- Participate in solution configuration and testing activities to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with project teams to support timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
- Help facilitate workshops, training sessions, and client communications to promote solution adoption. Monitor solution performance under supervision and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Contribute to the creation of project documentation such as user guides and functional specifications.

Learn industry best practices and emerging technology trends to enhance consulting capabilities.

Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams through effective communication and problem-solving.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Some experience or internship in functional consulting, business analysis, or technology implementation preferred.
- Strong interest in learning how to translate business needs into technology solutions. Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
