We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Indoor Sales / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, following up on sales opportunities, and supporting the company’s overall sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Search for and collect potential customer information through the company’s database, online research, and promotional channels.
- Contact potential customers by phone, email, WeChat, or other online communication tools to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Follow up on customer needs, process customer orders, provide quotations, negotiate business terms, and help close sales.
- Record key information from each customer interaction, maintain customer profiles, and analyze customer needs and purchasing behavior.
- Regularly follow up with existing customers, build long-term business relationships, provide after-sales support, improve customer satisfaction, and generate repeat sales or referrals.
- Collect, organize, and summarize market information, and report market feedback to the company to support sales strategy adjustments.
- Assist in publishing product information and promotional content.
- Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Familiar with the internet, online communication tools, and common office software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Quick-thinking and able to respond effectively to customer questions, concerns, or objections.
- Passionate about sales and results-driven.
- Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, inside sales, online sales, or wholesale sales is preferred.
- Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills are preferred.
Pay: $35,700.00-$55,147.08 per year
