We’re looking for a Safety Advisor who combines practical safety knowledge, strong communication skills, and a service-focused approach to support employers through training, consulting, evaluations, and member guidance.
At Service Hospitality, we help build safer workplaces by providing practical health and safety support to employers across Saskatchewan. Our purpose is to help prevent workplace injuries and support healthy, safe workplaces, with a focus on making safety education accessible for workers of all experience levels, including young workers and newcomers to Canada .

What You’ll Do
As the Safety Advisor, you build strong working relationships with employers across Saskatchewan by providing practical safety guidance, training, evaluations, and ongoing support tailored to their workplace needs. You help make safety information clear, practical, and useful so members can strengthen their workplace health and safety systems.
From training sessions and workplace visits to virtual meetings, safety evaluations, events, and ongoing member support, you play an important role in how Service Hospitality helps employers build safer workplaces.
What You Bring
- Education or experience in occupational health and safety, business, education, human services, or a related field
- Three years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience delivering training, presentations, facilitation, or consulting services
- Strong communication and consultation skills with the ability to prepare reports, resources, and member-facing materials
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster trust and credibility with employers
- Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort using technology, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting or webinar tools
- Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and willingness to travel occasionally
- Experience with safety evaluations, audits, safety management systems, OHS legislation, or related safety designations is considered an asset
