5+ yrs in BA role for delivery of software
Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills
Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
Business Process Modeling Experience
Journey MappingUnderstanding of modern technologies and architectures.

Proven Experience In :
Planning documentation
Requirements elicitation
Use Case documentation
Testing materials (e.g. scripts, scenarios, etc.) and Acceptance criteria
Requirements management
Documentation of complex business concepts
Review and analysis / recommendations of documentation
