We’re hiring high-energy Event Staff & Brand Ambassadors to bring the excitement of the FIFA World Cup experience to cities across Canada!
This one-day event transforms public spaces into epic fan festivals — live match viewing, soccer challenges, music, and unforgettable moments. If you love events and engaging with people, this is for you!
This is gig-based work facilitated through the Karma Casting App. Selected candidates will be required to create a profile on the platform to confirm bookings and manage shifts.

Shift Details
- 8:00am-6:30pm (Onsite Training: 8:00am-10:00am; Event Hours: 10:00am-6:30pm)

Brand Ambassadors (Event Staff)
- Bringing the energy — engaging with fans of all ages
- Hosting interactive soccer challenges, games & brand activations
- Hyping crowds during live match moments & main stage programming
- Distributing merch, samples & creating memorable fan interactions
- Managing lines, flow & keeping the experience seamless and fun
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working in busy, high-energy environments
- Previous event or promotional experience is an asset
Uniform
- Black pants (no sweatpants or leggings)
- Comfortable black shoes
- Branded elements provided on-site
