We generate a high volume of inbound customer applications daily — meaning you’ll spend your time closing deals, not chasing leads.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound internet leads (no cold calling)
- Call, text, and email customers who applied online
- Guide customers through approvals first, vehicle second
- Match customers with vehicles that fit their approval
- Send videos/photos and present vehicles remotely
- Close deals over the phone and online
- Work closely with lenders and management to get deals done
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator and confident on the phone
- Competitive, driven, and money-motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Coachable and able to follow a proven process
- Sales experience is a bonus, not required
Compensation
- 100% commission-based role (uncapped earnings)
- Monthly draw of $3,000 to provide income stability
- Draw is applied against commissions earned
- No clawbacks — if you have a slow month, you keep the draw
- Typical earnings: $60,000 – $150,000+
- Bonuses:
- $1,000 bonus at 10+ sales
- $500 “Hat Trick” bonus (3 sales in one day)
