We are currently hiring General Laborers to work alongside Crew Leads maintaining residential and commercial properties.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team.
Position Overview
Labourers assist Crew Leads with lawn care and property maintenance services. This is a physically active outdoor job that requires reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist crew leads with lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
- Operate string trimmers, backpack blowers, and lawn care equipment
- Perform spring and fall property cleanups
- Remove weeds and debris from properties
- Help load and unload equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized trailer and work vehicle
- Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as a team
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Landscaping or lawn care experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay
$17 – $22 per hour depending on experience
