Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. This is not a general mechanic role — we specialize in suspension, brakes, and aftermarket installations. If you prefer focused, clean work without engine or transmission tear-downs, this is a strong fit.
Duties
- Installation of lift kits and levelling kits
- Wheel alignments (experience preferred)
- Suspension work (shocks, struts, control arms, etc.)
- Brake inspections, repairs, and replacements
- Diagnosing and repairing basic mechanical issues
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure all work complies with safety standards
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they develop into major problems
- Support customer service efforts by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic with dealership or independent shop background
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools and other maintenance devices safely
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues accurately
- Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive experience
- Strong knowledge of brakes and suspension systems
- Experience with lift kits or aftermarket installs is a big asset
- Alignment experience is a bonus
- Own tools required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: From $27.45 per hour
