We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to sales, retail, and product launches — not just a typical admin role. At Shandex, you’ll support our team working on accounts with major Canadian retailers (e.g., Loblaws and Walmart), helping bring new products to market and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is a strong starting point for anyone looking to grow into Account Management or Sales.
What you’ll do: Support product launches with national retailers Coordinate pricing updates, forms, and product setup Assist with customer communication and account coordination Track sales performance and build simple reports Help manage product samples and promotions
What you’ll gain: Hands-on exposure to retail and CPG operations Real experience supporting sales and account teams A clear path toward Account Manager roles
Who this is for: New grads or candidates with 0–2 years of professional experience Strong communicator, highly organized Interested in retail, CPG, or sales Looking for a hands-on, entry-level role to build a career
This is not a senior sales or account management role. Candidates with significant account ownership experience may find this position too junior.
If you’re looking for a role where you can actually learn the business and grow – this is the role for you. #Hiring #EntryLevel #SalesJobs #CPG #SupplyChain
