Role Summary:
The Coordinator, Career Operations provides operational, administrative, system, communication, and data management support for the Careers & Experience department. This role will be central to coordinating career development programming, experiential learning initiatives, events, and student engagement processes while ensuring efficient service delivery and strong operational practices.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate operational processes supporting career development, internship, mentorship, volunteer, and international opportunity programs.

Maintain program dates, applications set-up and document collection, participation tracking, reporting, and workflow administration.

Coordinate logistics for workshops, networking events, career fairs, employer information sessions, and other student engagement activities.

Administer departmental systems and platforms, including Salesforce/Huron Connect and other program management tools.

Maintain data quality, user access permissions, dashboards, reports, and automated communications.

Support communications, marketing initiatives, newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional activities.

Coordinate academic internship processes and collaborate with students, faculty, academic advisors, and workplace supervisors to support marketing, student applications, registration, and follow-up documentation is completed.

Process the departmental invoicing and expense tracking to support the budget of the department.

Support the inputting of accurate records using institutional CRM systems (Salesforce and Huron Connect) and assist with the creation of workflows, communications, and report building.
Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution required.

Minimum two (2) years of related experience in a role involving program coordination, event coordination, CRM/database administration, reporting, data analysis, or related responsibilities.

Experience with project management, program planning, and/or event coordination.

Knowledge of CRM and database systems, preferably Salesforce.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to represent Huron professionally in all interactions.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.

Demonstrated problem-solving, judgment, and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Flexibility to work outside of traditional office hours and travel to partner events and networking opportunities as needed.
