Park Haven Dental is looking for a young, creative, and energetic individual to join our team as our Social Media Content Creator & Reception Assistant!
We're looking for someone with a bubbly personality, a passion for social media, and a knack for creating fun, engaging, and fresh content. If you love being on camera, staying on top of the latest trends, and bringing creative ideas to life, we'd love to meet you!
This position combines social media marketing with basic reception duties, making it the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people while showcasing their creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create fun, engaging content for our social media platforms.
- Keep our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media accounts fresh and up to date.
- Capture photos and videos around the office.
- Showcase our team, office culture, and patient experiences (with consent).
- Stay current with social media trends and develop creative marketing ideas.
- Help grow our online presence and engage with our online community.
- Perform basic reception duties, including:
- Greeting patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out.
- Providing general administrative support to the front desk team.
What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.gr
- Creative with a passion for social media and content creation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and working with our team.
- Experience using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic photo and video editing skills are an asset.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
