Duties
- Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional recommendations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices to ensure top-quality service
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully and effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience handling retail sales at the front desk
