Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant / Kitter to support production through kitting, inventory control, material movement, and receiving/shipping activities. This role is ideal for someone with electronics manufacturing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Pick, kit, stage, and issue production materials accurately and on time.
- Move, replenish, and organize inventory to support production requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, bin audits, and ERP transactions.
- Receive, verify, label, and stock incoming materials.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as required.
- Work safely at heights when retrieving or storing materials in elevated locations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe material storage areas.
- Support production, inventory, and logistics activities while following quality and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Previous electronics manufacturing experience or strong knowledge of electronic components (such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and other production parts) is required.
- Experience with kitting, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain support
- Shipping and receiving, Logistics or supply chain experience.
- Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or lean material flow practices.
- Basic Quality Assurance experience.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems, MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability.
- Ability to lift and move materials and work safely at heights; willingness to complete Safety at Heights training.
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
