Belmont Dental is a new modern, family-focused dental clinic opening in South Calgary. We are looking for a kind, positive, motivated and team-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to share our passion of contributing to the ongoing oral health in and around our community. ROLE:
· Assisting our dentists with a variety of procedures ensuring smooth work flows; including Clear aligner therapy, Implants and bone grafting
· Making patients feel welcome, informed, and cared for before, during, and after treatment
· Sterilization of instruments and infection prevention/control
· Keeping treatment rooms prepped, clean, organized and well-stocked
· Taking digital x-rays and manage patient record accuracy
· Inventory and clinic supply management
· Manage clinic flow - Help with scheduling and patient interactions along with front desk

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Registered (RDA) with College of Alberta Dental Assistants in good standing
· Current CPR certification
· Experience preferred, but motivated new grads welcome to apply
· Knowledge of Dental software – motivated to learn new software / technology
· A team-player mindset – ability to resolve and direct conflicts as needed
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Punctual, reliable, Detail- oriented and strong organizational skills
· Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English
· Sales and customer service experience is a plus
SCHEDULE – Full time (30-35hrs /week) -some evenings and Saturdays required
