Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Spa Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the smooth operation of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office or clerical settings. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using office software
- Handle phone inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Support front desk operations including answering questions and providing customer support
- Complete spa treatments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Support other clerical duties including typing, organizing files, and supporting office staff as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and appointment scheduling software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including typing speed and accuracy
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor to ensure positive client interactions
