Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Update customer records and perform accurate data entry
- Assist with product information, issue resolution, and customer support
- Support sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Maintain professional communication and phone etiquette
- Assist multilingual customers when needed

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Accurate data entry and organizational abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are an advantage

Pay: $55,600.00-$67,800.00 per year
