The Olympic HVAC Parts and Supply division team is a wholesale distributor on the Northshore that supplies equipment and parts to the HVAC & Refrigeration trade. Our parts group is a fast-growing and dynamic team committed to customer service.

Role Overview:
Olympic International, Parts Division is seeking a motivated and customer focused Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through maintaining strong customer relationships, actively pursuing new business opportunities, and supporting both internal teams and vendor partners. The ideal candidate has solid HVAC industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Business Development:
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the HVAC market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive growth across assigned territories.
Sales Performance & Profitability:
- Drive overall revenue growth by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain healthy gross profit margins through strategic quoting, negotiation, and customer management.
- Provide accurate and competitive quotes for replacement water-source heat pumps, mini splits, rooftop units, and related HVAC equipment.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Assist in the creation and promotion of marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales promotions to enhance brand visibility and increase market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support parts staff as needed, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Create and deliver clear proposals, pricing, reports, and product presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Set clear sales goals and track progress, maintaining accurate CRM records to drive growth.
Vendor & Product Management:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with vendor partners to ensure strong product knowledge, advantageous pricing, and consistent support.
- Stay informed about current industry trends, new technologies, and product developments to better serve customers and strengthen sales effectiveness.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education, Licenses and/or Certification, Experience Required
- Proven 2-6 years of experience in HVAC sales, outside sales, or a related technical sales field.
- Degree, diploma or equivalent education / experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; HVAC certifications or technical knowledge is highly desired.
- Proven ability to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components, including key industry terminology and current trends.
- Skilled negotiator with a customer-focused approach, fostering trust and lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a dynamic schedule.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within assigned territories.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
