Job Description
The Project Manager will lead multi-person teams and is responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water, mold, asbestos, etc. They will work in conjunction with property owners, adjusters, insurance companies, and/or property management companies and ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest quality standards while bringing client properties back to their pre-disaster conditions.

Qualifications
· 3-5 years experience working in the emergency and restoration industry
· Ability to manage several projects at any given time
· Working knowledge of Xactimate and Xactanalysis
· Exceptional communication / networking skills
· Problem solving and dispute resolution abilities
· IICRC certification
· Knowledge of building construction and codes
· Experience planning and monitoring budgets
· Valid driver’s license
· Clean criminal record
· Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing emergency and restoration claims (scoping, sketching, coordinating all resources, communicating with insured/adjuster, ect).
· Ensuring estimate timelines are met
· Communicating the process of repair, timing and expectations to all stakeholders involved
· Working with other divisions of the company to provide emergency and restoration services to existing customers
· Preparation of accurate job costing and estimation, ensuring every job is completed to the highest level
· Educating the client on the process of repair, the timing of service delivery and realistic expectations.
· Being proactive in resolving customer service issues
· Progress and work quality throughout the project lifespan
