The House of Hathor is seeking an experienced, mature and dynamic Store Manager to lead our earth-based retail store specializing in women's clothing and fine craft products. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and knowledgeable team.
- Manage scheduling, and administrative tasks including inventory management.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and POS systems to optimize sales performance.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to meet sales targets.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation in line with brand standards and aesthetic vision.
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team aligned with company values.
- Foster a welcoming environment that promotes community engagement and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and uphold the store’s policies on cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, sales management, or store supervision within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in time management, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.
- Effective communication skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills including phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; leadership qualities are essential.
- Passion for holistic living, spirituality, or earth-based lifestyles is preferred but not required.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
