Part-Time Sales Associate - Vape Shop
We are looking for a reliable and charismatic part time sales associate to join our team. Reliability for this position is paramount, and the primary hours are non-negotiable. We are seeking someone who is dependable, punctual, and committed.
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Primary shifts: Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (closing shift)
- Closing duties
- Opportunity for additional hours
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Assist customers with purchases and answer product-related questions
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process cash/card transactions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Restock inventory and various other cleaning duties
- Complete closing duties
- Follow all company policies and age-verification requirements
Requirements:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly while working at the store alone
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Cash handling and retail experience is an asset
- Knowledge of vaping products is an asset, but training can be provided
