Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our well established clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional massage therapy services, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a multi-disciplinary team of dedicated health professionals.
Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitation.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using Janeapp platform.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary.
- Collaborate with other health professionals on the team as needed to support client health goals.
- Stay current with industry best practices, continuing education, through our Education Retention Bonus.
Experience
- Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with BC regulations.
- Prior experience providing massage therapy services is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for explaining treatment procedures, answering questions, and building rapport with clients.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
