Cannabis Retail Manager – Southwestern Ontario
We are a trusted cannabis industry recruiter partnering with a growing multi-store cannabis retail operation in Southwestern Ontario. We are seeking a competent and experienced Cannabis Retail Manager to oversee operations across their locations and provide direct support to the Management Team.
This is a hands on managerial role with broad responsibility for team leadership, training, operational execution, and supporting overall business needs.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily store operations and ensure high standards across multiple locations
- Lead, support, and train team members to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Oversee sales performance, inventory management, cleanliness, organization, and regulatory compliance
- Implement processes and initiatives from the Management Team
- Provide direct operational support to the Management Team
- Conduct team training and development
- Maintain compliance with cannabis laws and stay current with industry products and trends
- Develop & oversee Marketing Initiatives including InstagramWhat We’re Looking For
- Friendly, positive, extroverted personality with strong leadership skills
- Required 3-5+ years of proven retail sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members
- Highly organized, dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Tasks, Calendar, and similar office systems (testing will be conducted)
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Ontario driver’s licence
- Must be 19+, willing to obtain CannSell certification (which can be completed after a formal offer).

This role offers the opportunity to play a key managerial role in a growing cannabis retail business while directly supporting the Management Team in executing operational priorities.

Pay: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kitchener, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
