LIFEGUARD – 7 DAY CONTRACT
August 6–12, 2026
We're looking for a certified Lifeguard to join our team for a unique, high-end private event at a luxury cottage property in the Minett area.
This isn't your typical pool job. You'll be providing waterfront safety during a private brand activation while leading rotating paddle board tours throughout the day.
Pay
- $25.00/hour
- +$50 per day completion bonus for working all 7 days (up to $350 bonus)
- Paid for 10 hours/day
- Working hours are 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 1 hour paid travel each way
- Lunch provided daily by the on-site catering team
Schedule
- August 6–12
- Must be available all 7 days
- Meet at the JW Marriott by 9:30 AM each morning for shuttle transportation to the event site.
- Return shuttle provided at the end of the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional waterfront lifeguard supervision.
- Lead rotating paddle board tours (approximately 2-hour rotations).
- Ensure guest safety in and around the water.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, organized waterfront experience.
- Represent the event professionally while interacting with guests.
Requirements
- Current Lifeguard certification (required).
- Current First Aid/CPR certification.
- Strong swimming ability and confidence supervising open water.
- Friendly, mature, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
- Must be reliable and able to commit to all 7 days.
- Must provide your own transportation to the JW Marriott each morning.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
