The Days Inn Regina East is now hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor. You must be able to work 8 hours shifts from 11pm-7am.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
- Process the night audittasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Your Availability:
Weekdays and Weekends 11pm-7am.
Your Background:
- The successful candidate must be a driven, self starter who is motivated and eager to learn.
- You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests.
- Perform front desk duties during the evening as well as end-of-day accounting duties.
- Preference will be given to those applicants with basic computer skills, previous customer service experience, and previous hotel experience including using the OPERA property management system.
- You must have a strong work ethic, dedication to guest service, and be reliable and self-motivated.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome.
- Candidates must have excellent English skills.
