Vaseba Immigration & Visa Solutions is a growing Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultancy (RCIC) based in Surrey, BC. We help clients navigate work permits, spousal sponsorships, study permits, restorations, LMIAs, and permanent residency pathways. We're looking for a detail-oriented Case Worker to join our team and support the full lifecycle of client immigration files.
About the Role
As a Case Worker, you'll manage a caseload of immigration files from intake through submission — gathering documents, preparing letters and forms, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients throughout their application process. You'll work closely with our licensed RCIC and senior handlers to ensure every file meets IRCC standards and firm quality guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare immigration forms, checklists, supporting documents, and application packages.
- Review client documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, deadlines, and file updates.
- Prepare and manage files involving BC PNP, Express Entry, non-Express Entry permanent residence, spousal sponsorship, and common-law sponsorship.
- Assist with visitor visas, study permits, work permits, extensions, restorations, and other immigration applications.
- Draft explanation letters, submission letters, affidavits, and case-related correspondence.
- Maintain organized client files and accurate records in our CRM (CaseEasy)
- Track deadlines, document expiry dates, and government requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of Canadian immigration casework experience.
- Practical experience with BC PNP, Express Entry, non-Express Entry applications, spousal sponsorship, and common-law sponsorship.
- Knowledge of IRCC forms, portals, application procedures, and document requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF software.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and must not independently provide immigration advice unless legally authorized.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Immigration assistant: 1 year (required)
